#BookTherapy2021 – March

📚 March Book or in other words "Courage" - "Big Magic" by Elizabeth Gilbert.

March is the month of change and contrast. Sun and chilliness, snow and heat, spring and winter, light and darkness, joy and sorrow, life and death. White and red. A month maybe misunderstood, the moment he so obviously chooses to combine instead of divide. And really, aren't things like that in life?

The book for this month and BookTherapy2021, could not but be but a colorful book. It pays attention not only to the white and black, but also to the variety of colors that each of us can create even in the midst of difficulties.

It talks about inspiration and creativity, bringing sunshine to our minds. It talks about the art of allowing to yourself to leave things behind, almost rinsing them with rain. It talks about the virtue of empathy, to others, to ourselves but also to everything we choose to do. Whether it is our distant dreams or our daily work, surely for this precious good that we call Life.

It talks about courage, while emphasizing in the active existence of fear. It talks about magic, in the simple and in everyday life. In everything that surrounds us. It talks about the permission we give to ourselves to enjoy the beautiful and to be traumatized from the difficult. It talks about persistence both in difficulties and in what we want. It talks about trust on the very path of life.

Let us live a life focused more on curiosity and much less on fear.
