Book Club 2020 – January Book

Book Club 2020 – January Book

Each new year brings with it new goals as well as clearings. At home, in the car, in the office, on the computer, in our closets and at best in our soul.

We decided to start with a clearance in our library. After all, we have to start somewhere ... So, we decided to read a book a month and share it with you in order to create one book club for the new decade, but at the same time make a gift to ourselves of what only one book can offer. Think about it, 12 books a year!

Studying a book, even for 5 minutes, helps to focus on this activity, enhance our imagination, let go of our emotions, and connect with ourselves.

Throw the book in your bag and don't complain about the weight. Maybe you may need to clear up this bag. Study in your living room, while you wait for food, study before bed or even in the subway. Although we believe that nothing compete with the feel of a book, you can read through your mobile phone or use one of the many apps and listen to the book inside your car on your way to work. Whatever way you choose, don't forget to be present. And don't forget to share the books you read. A book that has been read many times, and mostly by different people, carries more magic within it because it fulfills its purpose. Which book would prefer to sit dusty in your library?

The first book for the month of January that we propose is, "The Injustice That Hurts" by Dimitris F. Karagiannis.

The hurtful injustice goes back to the painful experiences of the childhood. It looks for the terms and conditions that produce it in the family environment. It records the expectations for its elimination, but also the painful frustrations in the relationship. It processes its appearance in the work environment. But it highlights the possibility that a man's destiny cannot be identified with his traumas, because that would be defined as a fatal tradition of depression. ”

We would be happy if you share with us your impressions or which book you have chosen and maybe we will have the opportunity to study it in the months ahead.

Good Luck!
