Book Club 2020 – November Book

The post is better read if you are listening to this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DVvUl_0o4mQ&ab_channel=PostmodernJukebox

The book for this month is a special invitation for everyone. An invitation that is never too late to receive, as long as you believe in it. Then you might enter a world full of magic, a world where good will always win!

Some books win you over with the story they bring before they are even written. When everything was just an idea. An idea, under the most adverse conditions. And yet, the idea found the way and grew, it became a whole world that managed to mark an entire generation and so many others that follow. And even though there are and are going to be hundreds of thousands of books with profound meanings by great authors, the books you grew up with will always define you and those will always be the books, that will offer you this sweet nostalgia and the intense excitement of that first time, that you immersed yourself in that book and let it captivate you. And this is the book that will come to your mind at your darkest hours.

The eleventh book for Book Club 2020 and the month of November that we suggest to you is "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone", by J.K. Rowling.

The first book is just the invitation. There are seven other books that if you leave them will introduce you to a world, where everything is possible. There, difficulties become challenges, goodness paves the way, courage and knowledge are strength and your choices make you what you really are. I wonder, in your own world, how much do you fight for them?

“It is important, to fight, and fight again, and keep fighting, for only then could evil be kept at bay, though never quite eradicated.''

– Albus Bumbledore
